New Account Representative / Teller

Seeking an experienced New Account Representative / Teller to join our banking team. The ideal candidate will have strong new accounts experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while supporting branch growth.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of banking teller experience required
Advanced experience opening consumer and complex business accounts required
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of banking regulations including BSA and Information Security
Experience cross-selling banking products and services
Ability to generate new business and support branch goals
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems
Strong judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
Open and maintain consumer and business accounts including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts
Support Treasury Services including RDC, armored, and courier services
Process teller transactions accurately
Assist customers in person and by phone with professionalism and courtesy
Recommend banking products and services based on customer needs
Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and procedures
