As we expand our corporate gifting and partnership offerings, we’re seeking a proven sales professional to develop and lead this key growth initiative.

Position Overview:
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for building SommSelect’s corporate gifting and B2B sales program from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines strategic planning, relationship management, and hands-on sales execution. You’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and our sommelier team to create unforgettable wine gifting experiences for clients ranging from startups to global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow SommSelect’s corporate gifting and B2B sales channels.
Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients for custom gifts, employee programs, and client appreciation events.
Build and manage ongoing relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience from inquiry to delivery.
Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and materials tailored for corporate audiences.
Partner with operations and fulfillment teams to maintain premium service, efficiency, and brand integrity.
Track leads, conversions, and client performance metrics; provide regular reports and insights to the CEO.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of success in B2B, account management, or corporate sales roles (experience in wine, luxury goods, or gifting preferred).
Demonstrated ability to acquire and scale new business accounts.
Strong strategic mindset with proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a small, dynamic team.
Wine knowledge or enthusiasm for wine culture is a significant plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
