QuinStreet, Inc. seeks Product Manager in Foster City, CA.
Duties: Develop and maintain the product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and customer value proposition. Document requirements with precision to facilitate seamless implementation by engineering teams. Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic decision-making and foster growth. Lead discovery efforts and market research initiatives to identify customer pain points and opportunities for product innovation. Foster collaboration across departments, including business, engineering, marketing, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and cohesion. Uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of product management. Effectively manage multiple projects, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines as needed. Consider global system performance and scalability to deliver robust and responsive solutions. Conduct in-depth analyses of business challenges, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field plus 3 years of experience. Additionally, requires 3 years of experience in the following: Analytics and translating data into actionable insights; Utilizing bug/enhancement tracking systems such as JIRA or similar; Conducting product research activities, including stakeholder interviews and surveys; Organizing and communicating complex ideas effectively; Product management, business analysis. Telecommuting is permitted.
