We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Full-cycle recruiting & onboarding
- Employee relations support
- HRIS & employee records management
- Assist with payroll & timekeeping
- Ensure HR compliance
Requirements:
? 2–5 years HR experience
? HRIS experience (ADP, Paylocity, etc.)
? Strong communication & organization
Plus:
Bilingual Spanish, manufacturing experience, HR certification
