What You'll Do

As Executive General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team success. Your leadership will ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience while meeting company standards and compliance measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing management and hourly team
  • Oversee restaurant budget and control costs while maximizing profitability
  • Drive sales, marketing efforts, and community engagement
  • Ensure top-tier food, beverage, and service quality at all times
  • Maintain full compliance with labor laws, health codes, and company policies
  • Own inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
  • Handle guest feedback, both in person and via social platforms, with professionalism and care
  • Execute private events and banquets with precision and excellence

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong understanding of California Wage & Hour laws
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, food/bev costs, and operational procedures
  • Hands-on knowledge of POS and back-office systems
  • Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be 21+ years old with eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management (or equivalent experience)
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Familiarity with OpenTable and social media engagement strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
