Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 base salary (bonus eligible)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager  to lead the sales, operations, and day-to-day management of a Fresno-based sales office. This role has full P&L responsibility and is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in retail or branch management, sales leadership, and operational excellence. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, controlling expenses, developing high-performing teams, and executing market-specific strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and manage full P&L responsibility , including sales, expenses, and operating income

  • Develop and execute semi-annual business plans and budgets

  • Lead, coach, and manage office staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and terminations

  • Implement corporate sales strategies with measurable, market-specific objectives

  • Conduct monthly quality control reviews and ensure service excellence

  • Maintain sales coverage for open or vacant territories

  • Monitor competitive activity and develop strategies to grow market share

  • Oversee safety, OSHA compliance, and facilities management

  • Represent the organization within the local community to enhance brand visibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment

  • Proven success managing budgets, operating income, and financial performance

  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to resolve operational and customer issues

  • Experience with financial planning and expense management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build, develop, and lead effective sales teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with managed care or third-party programs is a plus
