Director of Marketing and Business Development (Construction)
: Job Overview Southern California-based commercial construction & development is seeking a reliable and team-oriented Director of Marketing and Business Development to join our growing firm. This is a great opportunity for a career-minded person who would enjoy taking creative control of generating opportunities for a company with a track record of upskilling and promoting its employees. The Director of Marketing and Business Development's responsibilities include but are not limited to developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence and continue to maximize revenues while honoring workplace culture. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies needed to execute successful marketing campaigns.
