About the Role

You will support the ongoing optimization and execution of our AI product, helping improve product experience and performance in real-world use cases.

Through data insights and cross-functional collaboration, you will translate user problems into actionable product improvements and continuously enhance product quality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in user research and requirement analysis, using data and real-world cases to identify product issues and support optimization decisions.
• Support product design and execution, including wireframing, PRD documentation, and tracking development progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and design teams to drive product iteration and improve overall product performance.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive products, analyze product data, and propose practical improvement solutions.
• Evaluate and improve user experience based on user feedback and behavioral data.
• Contribute to AI product optimization, including improving the quality of search results, recommendations, and generated content.
• Build or maintain basic dashboards to track key metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion, orders, retention) and support decision-making.
• Support day-to-day project execution and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a STEM major is required, with 2–3 years of product experience.
• Prior experience in consumer-facing product development is preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese is a must.
• Strong execution skills, able to drive tasks forward efficiently under clear goals.
• Basic data analysis skills, able to identify problems and opportunities through data or case analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.
• Fast learner with adaptable thinking, able to quickly understand business context and evolving needs.
• Interest in internet or AI products; relevant experience is a plus.
