REQUIREMENTS
- Five plus years’ experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping, preferably in Residential Property Management
- Direct experience with AppFolio
- Advanced accounting knowledge
- Computer proficiency
The G/L Bookkeeper is highly analytical and organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Accountant is a natural communicator, with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, impeccable integrity, and a professional demeanor.
Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
