Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hour

Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Carver to deliver an unforgettable, tableside dining experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guest interaction, takes pride in presentation, and wants to be part of a high-end, performance-driven service team.

As a Carver, you’ll be the face of the experience—providing exceptional service, carving prime rib tableside, and creating the “WOW factor” for every guest.

What You’ll Do:

Guest Experience & Service

• Deliver engaging, tableside carving presentations for guests
• Provide exceptional hospitality with a polished, professional demeanor
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Food Preparation & Execution

• Prepare and portion meats and ingredients according to recipes and standards
• Learn and execute proper carving techniques and knife safety
• Maintain the beef cart, ensuring it is clean, polished, and fully functional

Food Safety & Cleanliness

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and equipment
• Properly label, store, and rotate food products

Operations Support

• Assist with inventory counts and product tracking
• Support food cost control through proper portioning and prep
• Help maintain organization of walk-ins, storage areas, and equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills with a confident, engaging personality
• Interest in culinary arts and willingness to learn carving techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in full view of guests
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in food prep, kitchen, or hospitality
• Basic knife skills (training provided)
