Location: Hayward, CA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year, plus health insurance and full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Overview
This role focuses on providing consistent, structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families within a community clinic setting. Your work supports long-term stability, improved functioning, and practical mental health outcomes for a diverse client population.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and couples therapy sessions
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes in the EHR
- Coordinate care with medical providers and case managers
- Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations
Requirements
- Active California LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Experience in outpatient or community mental health settings
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload independently
