The Role
You'll keep our San Francisco headquarters running smoothly so our team can focus on what matters—supporting founders and building relationships with investors. This includes:
- Overseeing office setup and improvements as we build out our new space
- Receiving, organizing, and distributing packages and shipments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office, conference rooms, and common areas
- Monitoring and restocking food, beverages, and office supplies
- Supporting events, meetings, and activities with setup, breakdown, and guest coordination
Serving as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, or a similar role
- Proactive and resourceful—you notice what needs doing and handle it
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Comfortable working independently
- Based in San Francisco; in-office 4 days/week
Available to start immediately
