Our next frontier is digital and we are hiring someone to help design and launch a community and security token. Position Overview

We are hiring a best‑in‑class builder‑architect to lead Sankhara’s end‑to‑end tokenization and digital asset strategy. This is not an advisory role. This is not theoretical. This is a chance to design, build, and launch one of the most ambitious real‑world asset tokenization platforms in existence - spanning both security tokens and a global community token.

You will own the lifecycle, from framework architecture to the token launch. Your work will define a new standard for how history, capital markets, and modern blockchain infrastructure converge. We are looking for the rare leader who can speak fluently with engineers, regulators, investors, and creators - and build something extraordinary for all of them.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Architecture

• Design and execute our multi‑layer tokenization roadmap.
• Architect compliant yet innovative token structures spanning both utility and security frameworks.
• Build a modular system capable of scaling globally and enduring long term.
• Translate Sankhara’s mission into digital participation that actually matters.

Compliance, Trust & Risk

• Partner closely with legal counsel across jurisdictions.
• Implement rigorous KYC/AML frameworks and governance controls.
• Design risk frameworks, transparency systems, and stewardship reporting.
• Build trust mechanisms that earn credibility with serious investors and serious regulators.

Execution & Delivery

• Lead smart contract strategy, system design, audits, and security readiness.
• Oversee issuance, registry, treasury management involvement, custody architecture.
• Partner with engineering (internal and external) to actually ship product.
• Own timelines, budgets, accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership in tokenization, blockchain platforms or digital asset markets.
• Proven experience architecting and launching tokenized securities and/or large‑scale RWA initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise designing token models and blockchain infrastructure.
• Deep fluency bridging legal, engineering, and investor conversations.
• Ambition and courage to push boundaries without crossing them.
