Salary:
$21/hour + Commission
$1,500 Commission Guarantee Included
Base Pay + Sliding Commission Scale
$80,000+ Total Compensation Potential

Job Summary

Our client, a high-end kitchen and bath showroom , is seeking an experienced Retail Design and Sales Consultant to provide customers with a comprehensive shopping and design experience.

This position combines professional sales, design guidance, and exceptional customer service . The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, passionate about kitchen and bath design, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the entire customer experience.
• Drive sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and gross margin goals .
• Follow up on incoming leads and proactively generate new business opportunities.
• Manage customers and sales throughout the full project lifecycle , from initial consultation through completion.
• Provide knowledgeable design and product recommendations based on each customer's needs and preferences.
• Maintain strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple customers and projects.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Work effectively within a collaborative, team-selling, and service-focused environment .
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Kitchen and bath, interior design, showroom, luxury retail, or related sales experience preferred.
• Undergraduate, trade, or design school education preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-selling environment.
• Must be available to work weekends.
