Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with documentation in electronic medical records for home health.
• Previous travel or per diem home health experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
• Role is in a home health setting; candidate may be expected to travel locally between patient homes.
