About the Role:
The Journeyman Meat Cutter/Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and presentation of meat products within a retail or wholesale environment. This position involves expertly cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat to meet customer specifications and safety standards. The role also includes managing inventory, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to established guidelines and customer requests.

- Manage inventory levels by receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and minimizing waste.
