Executive Assistant to the CEO - Remote | WFH
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and process expenses efficiently
Draft clear, professional, and personable correspondence on behalf of leadership
Serve as a warm, diplomatic point of contact for calls and emails
Prepare materials for meetings that reflect attention to detail and professionalism
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
What We're Looking For Proven experience supporting a senior executive (preferably at the C-suite level)
Current residence in the San Francisco Bay Area (remote work is available, but we're seeking local candidates)
Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
Immediate availability to start (we're eager to bring someone on board quickly!)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and virtual meeting platforms
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen ability to anticipate needs
