Litigation Paralegal
A mid-sized Orange County civil litigation firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, enjoys taking ownership of cases, and works closely with experienced trial attorneys handling complex and interesting matters.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management: Manage litigation files from inception through trial.
Document Preparation: Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery materials, subpoenas, and correspondence.
Procedural Coordination: Coordinate depositions, mediations, inspections, and expert discovery.
Trial Support: Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and trial logistics.
Calendar & Deadline Management: Maintain case calendars and ensure compliance with litigation deadlines.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with attorneys, clients, experts, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
Significant experience in personal injury defense , premises liability defense , and/or general liability litigation .
Strong knowledge of California state court procedures and deadlines .
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities independently.
Professional, team-oriented attitude.
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program
