TEMP- Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition

FOX is looking for a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team supporting Tubi Media Group (FOX One, FOX Tech & Digital, AdRise, Red Seat Ventures, Cybersecurity and Emerging Tech). In this role, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth, white-glove candidate experience across complex and high-impact hiring efforts, including executive, product, engineering, and business-critical roles. You will own scheduling, communication, and logistics across multiple business units, with a strong focus on executive and on-site coordination in Century City, CA. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones and business units, including executive and complex multi-round panels
- Coordinate day-of logistics for on-site interviews, including room booking, greets, interviewer alignment, and candidate experience
- Monitor and update candidate progress in Workday; track interview feedback and hiring milestones
- Communicate with candidates and hiring teams to ensure clarity and preparedness throughout the interview process
- Draft and send offer letters; initiate background checks and close out hires in Workday
- Support high-volume recruiting coordination during peak hiring cycles across FOX divisions
- Partner closely with recruiters to proactively flag delays, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure timely progression
- Maintain interview records, reporting, and other recruiting operations data
- Assist in planning and executing recruiting events and hiring initiatives as needed
- Serve as a mentor and escalation point for junior coordinators or contractors as needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 2+ years of administrative, HR, or recruiting coordination experience, ideally supporting senior or executive hiring
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and discretion when interacting with candidates and senior leaders
- Proficiency with Outlook, Zoom, Google Suite, and calendar management
- Strong AI fluency with ChatGPT
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
- Experience using Workday applicant tracking system
- Familiarity with executive recruiting or complex multi-stakeholder scheduling
- Interest in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or employer branding
