Manages team of Stockroom personnel on all Encore Divisions to implement Standard Stockroom Practices and Procedure related to productivity, quality, service and safety. Implements program, procedures and measurements for training. Interface with Planning and Production to establish and improve material delivery practices.

• Monitor and take immediate corrective actions on Stockroom problems and issues
• Ensure that proper training is provided to Stockroom personnel to perform their job
• Direct achievement of set goals and objectives related to productivity, quality, service and safety
• Ensure that all Stockroom standards and procedures are implemented and followed
• Allocate Stockroom resources across the different functions of the stockroom to ensure that all requirements are address
• Maintain clean working area, proper and safe storage and handling of materials
• Provide continual improvement of the Stockroom and reporting processes including KPI's
• Implement cost reduction initiatives
• Maintain accurate and 100% inventory accuracy
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills
• Manage all Stockroom personnel
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics code and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the department

Education:

• A High School Diploma is required.
• A two-year college degree (Associates degree) or Trade/Technical School is required.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience.
• Position may be filled with both entry level and experienced candidates
