Position Overview:
We are looking for a Data Engineer to help build and scale our data infrastructure and pipelines. You’ll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, collaborating closely with engineers, analysts, and product managers to empower data-driven decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Data Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives.

· Data Modeling: Develop scalable data models optimized for analytics and business intelligence.

· ETL Processes: Design and implement efficient ETL workflows to process data from diverse sources.

· Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity and availability.

· Data Quality & Monitoring: Implement systems for data validation, monitoring, and alerting to maintain high data quality.

· Observability & Reliability: Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions.

· Database & Schema Management: Design and maintain relational and NoSQL database schemas, optimize queries and indexing strategies for performance, ensure backup, recovery, and data integrity processes, and collaborate with data teams on governance and modeling.

· Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a strong team player partnering closely with product, operations, sales, and executive teams; demonstrate outstanding communication to align stakeholders and deliver analytics.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.

· 2+ years of experience in data engineering, building scalable data pipelines and systems.

· Strong experience with SQL, Python, and data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow).

· Familiarity with cloud data infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

· Proven track record in designing and maintaining ETL processes and data warehouse solutions.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
