DRIVING FIELD SUPERVISOR
Security Field Supervisor
Steadfast Security has immediate openings for Field Supervisors for both Day and Night shifts.

- Min 1 years Filed Supervisory and or related field Experience
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean DMV report
- Must be over 23 years of age.
- Valid California guard Card
- Exception Customer Service Skills
- Strong judgment skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work PM/ Weekend Hours/ On Call / OT if necessary- If this is not you. Please do not apply!
- Ability to work extended hours due to callouts or changes in clients' needs
- This may involve standing for long periods of time and/or actively patrolling site property in a vehicle or on foot
- Must be a team player and a people person\
- Ability to multitask at a high level
Essential Duties and Responsibilities subject to but not limited to:
- Driving and patrolling of several job sites throughout Orange County, LA County and San Bernardino counties, Ventura counties
- Monitor staff through the Monitoring app
- Training existing & new hires to make sure they adhere to company policy, procedures, and state-mandated regulations.
- Reporting performance records and evaluations to upper management
- Create incident reports, Maintenace and Daily Activity reports
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Must be reliable & Dependable
