Customer Contract Admin Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer-facing quotations and ensure timely processing of Tier I quoting requests.
- Communicate with the sales team via email, MS Teams, and General Mailbox (GMB).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and marketing programs.
- Provide pre-deal support for Dispensing contract requests and assist field teams with contract-related tasks.
- Implement contracting and pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with our policies.
- Oversee contract review and approval workflows, collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Tier II Contracts teams.
- Facilitate non-standard pricing and offering requests.
- Drive process improvements and maintain high professional standards.
Experience Required
- High School Diploma OR associate\'s degree with 5+ years of business experience OR Bachelor\'s Degree with 2+ years of business experience.
- Experience in SAP and Salesforce (SF.com) is a plus.
- Understanding of commercial contract management, including pricing and policy development.
Skills & Certifications
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and Microsoft Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant business experience.
- Experience in contract management, quoting, and pricing strategies.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
