A leading chip and silicon IP innovator <\/b> is seeking a Principal Test Engineer <\/b> to join its Operations organization. This is a highly visible role working on high\-performance, high\-speed products <\/b> alongside world\-class engineers and inventors—directly influencing product quality, manufacturability, and time\-to\-market for technologies that make data faster, more reliable, and more secure <\/b> . <\/span>

What You’ll Do <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Own and drive end\-to\-end test strategy <\/b> across the full product lifecycle—from design concept through high\-volume manufacturing and sustaining support. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Define comprehensive test plans <\/b> and partner closely with design teams to ensure robust test coverage and DFT implementation <\/b> . <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Architect and design ATE hardware <\/b> for NPI, including load boards, probe cards, and interfaces <\/b> . <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Lead test bring\-up for prototypes and production ramps at OSAT partners (domestic and offshore)<\/b> . <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Optimize yield, test time, and multisite efficiency <\/b> to improve cost, quality, and throughput. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Provide technical leadership during RMA analysis and sustaining activities <\/b> . <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Collaborate cross\-functionally with design, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers, serving as a trusted technical expert. <\/span>

  Requirements <\/h3>

  What You Bring <\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>
  
  

  
  
  • 3+ years of hands\-on test engineering experience <\/span><\/b> supporting complex semiconductor products. <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Deep expertise with Advantest V93000 (V93K)<\/b> platforms. <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Strong background in DFT and test coverage <\/b> (Scan, ATPG, JTAG, BIST). <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Experience supporting high\-speed digital and DDR products <\/b> (strongly preferred). <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Proficiency with Smartest <\/b> , Red Hat Linux <\/b> , and version control systems (Git\/SVN)<\/b> . <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Experience working directly with OSATs <\/b> , including offshore manufacturing partners. <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset across functional boundaries. <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering <\/span><\/b> (or equivalent practical experience). <\/span>
