Application Processing Coordinator
Application Processing Coordinator (Onsite – Corporate Office)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Application Processing Coordinator to support leasing operations by managing rental applications and ensuring a smooth, compliant workflow. This is a fully onsite position based in the corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
- Process rental applications accurately and in a timely manner
- Review files for completeness and follow up on missing documentation
- Apply standardized leasing criteria to support approval/denial decisions
- Escalate applications that fall outside guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with leasing and corporate teams
- Prioritize high-volume application workflow while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, leasing support, or application processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow and apply policies consistently
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plus
Preferred
- Multifamily or property management experience
- Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines
