Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Core responsibilities include comprehensive evaluation and screening, development and implementation of customized rehabilitation plans, manual therapy and therapeutic modalities as appropriate, gait and balance training, endurance conditioning, and patient and caregiver education. You’ll document progress, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and contribute to discharge planning and continuity of care.
