Physician
Family Medicine Locums Physician, California - Near the Coast
Outpatient Family Practice assignment in Irvine, California; Monday to Friday, no call, less than 1 hour from the ocean.
Highlights
- 13-week initial assignment starting as soon as credentialed, with potential to extend
- No weekends, no call, no rounding
- Located near the Southern California coast
- Supportive primary care team
Practice Setting
- Outpatient clinic with Epic EMR
- Includes medical assistants, patient care associates, front office staff, and practice manager
- See primarily adult patients in a preventive care model
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- 18 to 20 patients per day
Cases and Procedures
- Common outpatient procedures: biopsies, sutures, etc.
- Preventive and chronic care for adult patients
- No inpatient, no OB
Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active California license, DEA, and BLS
- Epic EMR experience required
- Local candidates strongly preferred
