Lead Patient Care Coordinator

What You’ll Do

As a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) , you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a welcoming experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out
• Answering phones, scheduling, and sending appointment reminders
• Verifying insurance and authorizations
• Collecting and posting payments
• Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
• Communicating with therapists, billing, and physicians
• Supporting the team with front desk and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Friendly, professional, and compassionate
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and EMR software (training provided)
• A great communicator—both on the phone and in person
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A true team player who is reliable and proactive
