Software Engineer, Creator Knowledge

As a Software Engineer on the Creator Knowledge team, you will work on projects that enhance how Creators learn and access information on Roblox. Our flagship product, the create.roblox.com/docs website, serves as a critical resource for both beginners (via tutorials) and experts (via API references).

To maximize the value of this content, we are building systems to automate documentation generation and enhance content delivery through search, notifications and improved discoverability . These efforts allow us to expand content coverage, keep it up to date, and ensure it reaches Creators where and when they need it—while continuously refining how information is conveyed.

Your work will have a direct impact on millions of Creators by making essential knowledge more accessible, discoverable, and actionable. We primarily work with Typescript, React / Next, .NET, C# and Luau , but adaptability to evolving technology is key.

You Will:

• Contribute to fullstack development on our Documentation Site, Homepage, Search and Notification systems.


• Own projects from technical specification through execution and launch with guidance from senior team members.


• Collaborate with product, design and cross-team partners to deliver high-quality features.


• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with teammates to support team growth.

You Have:

• 2-4 years of hands-on working experience with a BS degree ( or equivalent professional experience ) in Computer Science, or a similar technical field.


• Experience in programming languages such as Javascript, C# or Lua.


• Tack record of shipping consumer-facing products from conception to launch.


• Familiarity with A/B testing ( Bonus )


• Familiarity in content management systems ( Bonus )


• Familiarity in search or recommendation systems ( Bonus )
