Main Duties

• Skillfully arrange and calibrate crimping equipment.
• Quickly identify and remedy any equipment malfunctions.
• Inform supervisors about the necessity for purchasing tooling, taps, or repair parts.
• Efficiently handle crimper and operator part runs according to the schedule.
• Follow and master the crimp sequence protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational status of all tools.
• Comprehend and implement inventory and reordering systems.

Required Skills:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience with setup and operation of crimping and tapping devices.
• Proficient in working with aluminum material.
• Ability to read technical specifications and use measuring devices.
• Experience with SPC is advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:

The remuneration ranges from $24/hr.-$30/hr.
