Partner Manager
- Manage and grow EVgo’s largest host partnerships across national retail, real estate, and partner portfolios—ensuring strong collaboration, execution, and results across hundreds of sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison between EVgo and partner organizations, overseeing the full lifecycle of activity from property list assignment through site selection, approval, contracting, and energization.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships within partner organizations to ensure compliance with long-term agreements, unlock new opportunities, and align shared goals for network expansion and performance.
- Translate portfolio agreements into actionable property pipelines, ensuring highquality, prioritized site pursuits while tracking progress and resolving blockers that could delay site execution or activation.
- Establish a consistent business rhythm with each partner, including recurring reviews, deployment scorecards, and performance dashboards to maintain alignment and visibility across both organizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Legal, Construction, Site Development, and Operations teams to coordinate contract execution, issue resolution, and predictable project delivery.
- Monitor portfolio performance and develop data-driven insights to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for acceleration or improvement—enhancing both internal efficiency and partner satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing repeatable frameworks, tools, and processes that simplify collaboration, increase speed to execution, and make EVgo easier to do business with.
- Provide regular insights to EVgo leadership on partner health, portfolio performance, and market trends that could impact deployment pacing or strategic direction.
- Mentor and support team members, reinforcing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Partner Management and Site Development ecosystem
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Typically requires 5+ years of experience in partner management, real estate leasing, or infrastructure deployment—ideally within EV charging, retail, or property host environments.
- Proven track record managing large, multi-site partnerships or national accounts.
- Experience collaborating with real estate, construction, or development teams to move
- projects from approval to activation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills with executive and operational stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accountability in tracking progress, performance, and
- deliverables.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and reporting tools for partner management.
- Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for sustainability and EV technology is a plus!
