Description
As a Labor and Delivery Nurse Lead, you will work night shifts, overseeing patient care and ensuring high standards in our L&D unit. Your role will involve supervising a team, managing patient cases, and providing hands-on care. The position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a vibrant community while maintaining a flexible schedule. Highlights- Leadership role in a supportive environment
- Located in beautiful San Luis Obispo
- Night shift, 3x12 schedule
- Requires 5+ years of L&D experience
- Opportunity for professional development
- NRP certification
- 5+ years of experience in L&D
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (within last 2 years)
- ALCS certification
- BLS certification
- Charge nurse experience
- At least 2 years of supervisor experience
