Business Development Manager – Food Packaging Industry
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Remote with Travel)
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (Direct Hire) Commisson potentila
Vaco LA is partnering with a leading company in the Food Packaging industry to find a Business Development Manager who can drive growth and expand market presence. This remote role requires travel within the San Francisco Bay Area to meet with prospects and secure new business. The position offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and a strong, collaborative company culture with excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the Food Packaging industry .
- Proactively engage potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Travel within the San Francisco Bay Area to meet with prospects and build strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and close deals.
- Track sales activities and manage the customer pipeline using CRM tools ( Salesforce experience is a plus ).
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Business Development experience with a strong track record in sales and client acquisition.
- Must have experience in the Food Packaging industry —an existing book of business is preferred.
- Ability to travel within the San Francisco Bay Area to prospect and meet clients.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
