- 5+ years of on-site construction supervision or superintendent experience (more for large/complex projects).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of construction means & methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with standard office tools (email, Excel, Word) and familiar with scheduling / field management software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to jobsites.
- Physical ability to perform site walkthroughs in varied weather and terrain.
