You Are:
- An experienced professional with a strong background in planning and operational management for SoC digital design and integration. You have a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a high-tech environment.
- You possess exceptional analytical capabilities which enable you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets and use data as guiding principles for decisions. You are a proactive problem-solver capable of driving changes in an engineering organization and introducing best practices for highly efficient execution.
- You excel at building relationships and can effectively collaborate with all levels of engineering and cross-functional teams.
- You are practical, hands- on and self-driven.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
We are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager for our IP and subsystem Team to:
- Oversee day-to-day operations within subsystem engineering
- Organize engineering activity to scale consistently across locations and through third party partnership .
- Optimizes all engineering-related processes, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement
- Work with senior management to set goals and make key decisions on operational activities.
- Manage cross-functional interaction, ensuring schedule alignment and timely completion.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage projects pipeline daily.
- Work with engineering teams for implementing and deploying processes, as well as ensuring they are followed.
- Measure quality and consistency of deliverables

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details on the total rewards package upon request. The base salary range for this role is across the U.S.
