As a Senior or Staff Software Engineer , youll be a key contributor to a small, high-caliber team building full-stack systems that touch everything from infrastructure to user experience. Youll work hands-on with modern tools and AI copilots like ChatGPT, Cursor, and Copilot not just to code faster, but to rethink how healthcare software can be built and used.

What Youll Do

• Build and deliver end-to-end product features across React, TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS Lambda.
• Shape AI-enabled user experiences that make hospital workflows safer, faster, and more efficient.
• Design scalable backend systems using Terraform, AWS serverless, and IaaC principles.
• Collaborate closely with product and clinical teams to balance usability, safety, and automation.
• Take full ownership of projects from architecture and execution to launch and iteration.
• Help define engineering culture and processes in a rapidly growing team.

What Were Looking For

• 5-8 years of full-stack experience (React, Node.js/Next.js, SQL, TypeScript).
• Proven background building and shipping AI- or LLM-powered features .
• Comfortable using modern AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate work.
• Experience with Terraform, AWS serverless, and scalable cloud architectures.
• Excellent communication and thoughtful approach to technical decision-making.
• Background in healthtech or early-stage startups is a plus.
