What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter, you’ll be the first connection between our company and potential candidates.
Your goal is to identify, contact, and engage qualified professionals using our provided candidate lists. You’ll help guide them through the initial steps of our recruiting process while keeping everything organized and running smoothly.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Reaching out to candidates from a provided list
  
  
• Managing the first step in the hiring process — from initial contact through a simple online form
  
  
• Tracking candidate progress in our easy-to-use applicant tracking system
  
  
• Communicating effectively with candidates and hiring managers
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  
  
• Strong organization and attention to detail
  
  
• A self-starter who enjoys working independently and managing their own time
  
  
• Experience in sales or recruiting is a plus — but not required

Compensation

💰 Pay Range: $51,597 – $91,500 per year (commission-based + lifetime residuals)
💼 Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
🕒 Schedule: Choose your own hours
📍 Location: Remote – work from anywhere in the U.S.
