Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive Server to join our team. As a Server at our dining restaurant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Duties:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including bussing tables and clearing dishes.
- Provide accurate and friendly guest services, including answering questions and making recommendations.
- Utilize basic math skills to accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of food service and fine dining etiquette.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with food preparation and food service standards.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of basic math concepts and ability to accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
