The AI Investing team’s mission is to leverage AI to transform the way people invest, making smarter financial decisions more accessible to everyone. We’re focused on creating cutting-edge AI-driven products that unlock new possibilities for our users and redefine the future of finance.

As Product Manager for AI Investing, you will define and lead the strategy for how Robinhood uses AI to enhance investment experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch innovative AI-driven features that empower users and shape the future of investing.

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

• Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how AI will transform investing at Robinhood.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver transformative AI experiences for our users.


• Work closely with teams across the company to integrate AI in innovative and thoughtful ways.


• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and iteration while thinking big and ambitious.


• Lead the launch of new AI-driven investment products, empowering customers to make smarter decisions.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience building and launching high-quality consumer products.


• Proven expertise in defining and developing AI-powered products that drive innovation.


• Familiarity with experimentation platforms and A/B testing for ML systems, and experience with fine-tuning and ML optimization techniques.


• Exposure to LLMs, recommender systems, NLP, or reinforcement learning; experience with Agentic AI is a plus.


• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for a broader audience.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$191,000 - $225,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$168,000 - $198,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

$150,000 - $176,000 USD
