Summary of Responsibility:

Haas Factory Outlet – Trident (a division of Morris Group, Inc.) is seeking a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and dependable individual with a strong desire for professional growth. This role is office-based yet dynamic — serving as the central support for our service team to ensure efficiency and organization. The position offers a fast-paced environment with direct involvement in service operations, along with significant opportunities to develop a long-term career in the CNC industry.

What You Will Contribute:

• Serve as the central point of contact for the service team
• Communicate with customers to understand service needs and provide updates
• Create and manage work orders for service jobs
• Prepare and send job quotes to customers
• Order and track parts to support repairs and maintenance
• Ensure service technicians have the tools, information, and resources to complete jobs efficiently
• Support scheduling and coordination of service calls

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Experience in customer service, service coordination, or technical support
• Mechanical aptitude — comfortable with tools/machines or eager to learn quickly
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills — confident on the phone, professional with customers, and proactive in asking questions
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, or similar systems; or strong technical ability to learn new software quickly
