Health Services Director in Training (HSDiT) - Sacramento Market
The HSDiT program is an advancement opportunity for Oakmont team members who are excelling in their Health Services role and envision a future with the company. Once they have completed department training, they are placed at a community and work under a current Health Services Director to gain on-the-job experience. In addition to being an excellent professional development opportunity, this program provides customized leadership training to motivated individuals who are wanting to grow with Oakmont.
