We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide dedicated patient care in a home healthcare setting. This role offers flexible scheduling options and focuses on managing care for a single patient, ensuring personalized and attentive service.
Urgent case details below :
Case Location: Garden Grove
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday | 11p - 7a
Ventilator dependent patient
Pay Range: $28 - $32

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a home healthcare environment
- Maintain clear and effective communication with patients and healthcare team members
- Manage patient assessment and monitor health status
- Coordinate care plans tailored to the individual patient’s needs
- Document care and patient progress accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in licensed vocational nursing
- Valid LVN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Effective time management skills
