Quality Inspector (Hiring Immediately!)

We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our aerospace military defense machine shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting aerospace parts with precision using micrometers and calipers. Familiarity and knowledge of AS9102 form 3 are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aerospace parts using micrometers and calipers.
• Conduct first article inspections with precision and accuracy.
• Ensure quality control in accordance with industry standards and blueprints.
• Collaborate effectively with a small team and communicate across departments.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in inspection and quality control using calipers and micrometers.
• Experience with AS9102 form 3.
• First article inspection
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a quality inspector in a manufacturing company.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong team player capable of working in a team of 6-8 members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
