As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring bakery products are properly stocked, organized, and displayed in retail stores. This position involves maintaining product freshness, managing inventory displays, and ensuring that store shelves are attractive and well-stocked for customers.

This is a hands-on, active role ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying physically active, and taking pride in product presentation. You will work in local grocery stores and contribute directly to customer satisfaction by keeping bakery items readily available and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and organize bread and bakery products in store aisles and displays
• Maintain clean and well-organized backroom inventory
• Rotate products based on expiration dates using proper color coding
• Ensure shelves and displays are visually appealing and fully stocked
• Follow company guidelines to maintain product quality and freshness
• Interact with store personnel as needed to coordinate stocking activities

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Willingness to work assigned schedule (Wednesday and Sunday)
• Ability to meet DOT requirements if operating a route truck (21+ years old, medical card, etc.)
