Back Server
Job Details:
Dunsmoor is looking for an experienced and dependable Back Server to join our fast-paced, chef-driven team. This role is essential in supporting guest service and helping to ensure smooth, first in class technical service, while upholding a spirit of genuine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bussing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
- Running food and beverages with accuracy and speed
- Assisting and supporting servers during service
- Keeping the dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff
- Providing warm, attentive customer service
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, chef-driven restaurant
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive, service-first mindset
- Must be able to work up to 40 hours/week
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items weighing up to 25 pounds as part of regular job duties
