We're looking for a dependable, organized Parts Manager to join our Riverside team. If you understand collision repair parts, enjoy keeping production moving, and take pride in supporting a busy shop, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do- Order and track collision repair parts accurately
- Source OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts
- Receive, inspect, and verify parts for accuracy and damage
- Manage returns, credits, and vendor communication
- Work closely with estimators and technicians to keep repairs on schedule
- Maintain an organized and efficient parts department
- Resolve parts issues quickly to minimize production delays
- Previous collision repair parts experience
- Strong knowledge of OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collision repair environment
