Job Description and Duties

Under the close supervision of the Administrator II and with guidance from multiple technical leads, the incumbent will perform a variety of IT related duties that support the division's budget, communication, and training efforts. The Student Assistant will work closely with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Technology Based Learning Analyst to update products for accessibility related issues. The Student Assistant will work closely with the Division's Recruitment Coordinator and Hiring Analyst to schedule interviews and to assist with organizing hiring materials. The incumbent will work closely with the Audit Trainers to assist in in-person and virtual training sessions. Additional duties include but are not limited to creating PowerPoints, photo copying materials, creating training related support documents, creating schedules, note taking, setting up rooms for meetings, coordinating and troubleshooting video conference meetings, including virtual meetings.

Working Conditions
- This position requires 4 or more days in the office per week. It is designated office-centered and may be eligible for some remote work based on departmental guidelines and operational need.

Must be a college student enrolled in classes during the regular term (Fall, Spring and Winter, if applicable), at an accredited college or university and carrying a minimum of six semester units (or nine quarter units for undergraduate students), with a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
