Basic Qualifications for Manufacturing Technician 1
*) High School diploma or equivalent and zero years of experience
*) Attention to detail
*) Ability to comprehend written and verbal directions
*) Good written and verbal communication skills
*) Familiar with Microsoft Produces and able to learn how to operate various software systems (Costpoint CP and MES)
Preferred Qualifications for Manufacturing Technician 1:
*) Mechanically inclined
*) Familiar with composite and metallic details
*) Experience in a manufacturing environment
