SALRAY: $23.00/hour

DEPARTMENT: Achievement House North

LOCATION: San Luis Obispo

SCHEUDLE: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

BONUS : $250 Sign on Bonus (paid at 90 and 180 days)

Achievement House, Inc., a non-profit organization with a history of serving individuals with developmental disabilities since 1957, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Manager to join our team. As a Administrative Support Manager you are responsible for administering department support to ensure smooth operational functions.

Required Qualifications

• Must have own vehicle and maintain a current California driver’s license.
• Must provide on-going proof of current state required auto insurance.
• Must clear fingerprints through the California Department of Justice and the FBI.
• A high school education or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee services compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations.
• Ensure Individual’s rights are met and are of foremost importance.
• Ensure compliance with company programs, practices, and policies specific to program and client management.
• All employees are mandated reporters as such you are required to report all suspected incidents of abuse, neglect, and sexual assault in a timely and accurate manner.
• Execute proper allocation of agency resources (product, space, time, people, etc.).
• Maintain a courteous, positive, enthusiastic, well-mannered, and professional demeanor while working with Individuals served and the community.
• Prepare and send department correspondence and reports, as requested by Director of Client Services.
• Provide word-processing and graphics support for Vocational Department.
• Maintain filing of invoices and corporate information in proper files.
• Back up administration staff for office coverage and special projects, as directed.
• Assist in transportation and vehicle arrangement for Vocational Work Sites.

Physical Requirements:

• Essential functions of this position require that employees regularly sit, stand, bend, twist and walk.
