Billing Coordinator
Robert is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Coordinator to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will collaborate with various departments to verify billing information, resolve discrepancies, and support efficient revenue collection. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will help maintain smooth financial operations and contribute to overall business success. Responsibilities
- Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Verify billing information by coordinating with relevant internal departments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation.
- Assist in month-end billing and reporting processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Billing Coordinator or in a similar billing/accounting role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications in accounting or finance preferred.
